These eight works were featured in the HR Block Artspace’s Annual Flatfile Exhibition, 2021. I think primarily about work existing in space with our bodies. This is more immediately accomplished with three-dimensional work, but practicing painting and drawing lends help in finding deep, dynamic spaces. These painting/drawing hybrids function as plans for structures I will build to exist off the wall.
